Avelqorix Trade Finance Ltd ("Avelqorix", "we") provides export invoice factoring and trade finance services to commodity exporters. This notice describes how we handle personal and business data collected through avelqorix.com and client facility engagements.

Data we collect

Business contact information (name, role, company, email, phone), export and invoice documentation submitted for factoring review, buyer and shipment details, KYC/AML identity documents for authorized signatories, and technical logs from our website (IP address, browser, pages viewed).

Purpose of processing

We process data to evaluate factoring facilities, perform buyer credit and document verification, disburse advances and reconcile settlements, meet regulatory and compliance obligations under trade finance law, respond to inquiries, and improve platform reliability.

Retention

Prospect data is retained for up to 24 months after last contact. Active facility records, invoice documentation, and transaction logs are retained per contractual terms and applicable financial regulations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with licensed banking partners, credit reference agencies, document verification providers, and sub-processors under data processing agreements.
