Effective July 15, 2026

These terms govern use of avelqorix.com and evaluation access to Avelqorix trade finance and export invoice factoring services provided by Avelqorix Trade Finance Ltd.

Service description

Avelqorix provides export invoice factoring, buyer verification, and settlement reconciliation subject to a signed facility agreement. Advance disbursement requires completed KYC, document verification, and underwriting approval.

Acceptable use

Clients may not submit fraudulent invoices, misrepresent buyer relationships, use the platform for sanctions violations or money laundering, or resell factoring access without authorization.

Fees and advances

Advance rates, discount fees, and settlement timelines are defined in individual facility agreements. Evaluation and portal access are provided as-is without uptime guarantees.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avelqorix's aggregate liability arising from these terms shall not exceed fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lagos State.
